Walter Davies, 86 years of age, passed away peacefully in Vernon BC on January 6, 2015.

He will be forever loved and his memory cherished by his wife Pearl, his children; Pamela (Jim), Paul (Cathy), and Patrick as well as grandchildren; Falicia, Ryan (Brandi), Calvin, Shelby (Curtis) and five great grandchildren.

His memory will be held dear in the hearts of all who knew him because of his caring and loving personality. Walter was well known by many people in Vernon and the surrounding area being a local businessman for over 40 years. He was introduced to many people while he worked as a Branch Manager with Canadian Propane for 34 years.

During this time he and his family lived in Moose Jaw & Assiniboia Saskatchewan, Medicine Hat & Calgary Alberta, Terrace BC and eventually settled in Vernon. While in these cities, he and his wife Pearl belonged to various organizations, connecting with new and exciting individuals.

Walter will be remembered for his love of hockey and his great love of family. He would always have an opinion of the Vancouver Canucks and never missed a game on television, a love he shared with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Walter will be greatly missed by his family and friends. As requested by Walter, he was cremated on January 9, 2015 with no service. Cremation arrangements entrusted to: ALTERNATIVES FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES ©
