SNEAKY SNAKE MASCOT?

I am looking for any information of the first Vipers mascot, "Sneaky Snake".

I'm sending you a picture that I have no idea why I have it. When I expand the picture, I see Vernon and '64.

I thought you'd be interested in having it. You might even be able to identify the two lads in the picture.
